Fractional Ownership is freehold ownership and not timeshare. Fractional Ownership is a property that is legaly divided into shares or fractions which can be then purchased and owned by more than one individual, this dramatically reduces the inital purchase costs and ongoing holding and maintenace costs. Fractional purchasers benifit from owning a property abroad, outstanding holidays for them and thier families, capital appreciation, rental incomes but with out the downsides of high purchase costs, high annual costs, high furniture prices, high management outgoings and not forget the property will not be empty for long periods. The legal framework for the fractional sale has been drawn up for and fully compliant for the development and the country in which you dicide to purchase. Contracts contain a revolving usage calendar which dictates to each owner usage time of 12 weeks per year, the calendar works on a four year period giving everyone access to the prime weeks on a fair basis. Two weeks will be taken out of the yearly calendar during low season for maintenance and repairs of the property to take place without inconveniencing the owners. A 125 year usage calendar is provided well in adavnace to allow owners to plan there usage or rental requirements.
